A heated, quiet, baby-safe studio in Tiptree. We take time, we work around feeds and naps, and we light your newborn beautifully without ever putting them in something that doesn't feel right.
Newborn photography is the slowest, most patient service we run. Babies set the pace — feeds, nappy changes, comfort settles — and the session is built around that. The studio is warmed to 27°C before you arrive so your baby settles fast, the props are all newborn-safe and tested, and there's never a hard stop on the 2.5-hour window. We're a calm, quiet room: parents nap, grandparents make tea, the photographer works around baby's rhythm. The images we want are the ones that happen when nobody's stressed. New parents travel in from Maldon, Witham, Braintree, Colchester and across Essex — the warmed, calm studio is worth the short drive.

hold your slot
Book around your due date — we hold the calendar slot, then lock it in within 48 hours of baby's arrival. Best images happen in the first 14 days.
pre-arrival call
We ring a few days before to talk through what to expect, what to bring, and any specific posed shots or family combinations you'd like.
the session
Arrive when it suits baby's feed schedule. The studio is warm, the kettle's on, and the pace is gentle. Online gallery within 7 days of the shoot.

No upsells in the small print. The headline rate covers the kit and the room — add-ons are listed separately and you only pay for what you book.
2.5 hour relaxed session — fully baby-led pacing, with feeds, nappy changes and naps built into the session naturally.
Warmed studio (kept at 27°C) — newborns settle when they're warm. We pre-heat the room before you arrive and keep it consistent throughout.
Newborn-safe props and wraps — beanbags, layered wraps, baskets, bowls and softer setups. All clean, all reviewed for safe posing.
15 edited high-resolution images — carefully retouched, skin-tone matched, ready to print or share. Mix of posed and parent-and-baby shots.
Online gallery for sharing — password-protected gallery link to send to family, with download access for the high-res files.
Print release — full personal-use rights to print as many copies as you'd like, in any size, from any printer. No additional licensing fees.
