Most of Suffolk reaches us in 30–55 minutes via the A12 or A14 down to the A12. We're at The Barn, Venn Farm, Tudwick Road, Tiptree CO5 0SD — junction 24 of the A12 at Kelvedon, then five minutes. Free on-site parking for crew, talent and clients, plus a loading bay for production vehicles. Rail users on the Greater Anglia line can reach Kelvedon from Ipswich, Manningtree and Colchester and we'll collect from the station. The route avoids London entirely and there's no congestion charge or ULEZ to factor in.
