From Romford, the A12 runs straight to us — around 60 minutes off-peak, a little more in traffic. Come off at junction 24 (Kelvedon) and we're five minutes away at The Barn, Venn Farm, Tudwick Road. Free on-site parking for crew, talent and clients, plus a loading bay for kit vans. Crucially, there's no congestion charge and no ULEZ on this route — you drive out of London, not deeper into it. Rail users can take the Greater Anglia line via Shenfield / Witham toward Kelvedon and we'll collect from the station.
