Central Essex, just off the A12
We're at The Barn, Venn Farm, Tudwick Road, Tiptree CO5 0SD — five minutes off the A12 at Witham or Kelvedon, depending on which direction you're coming from. There's free on-site parking for up to eight vehicles plus a loading bay that fits a Luton van. Nearest train stations are Kelvedon (10 min drive) and Witham (15 min) on the Liverpool Street line; we're happy to collect from either for a small fee. If you're driving from across Essex, expect 15 minutes from Colchester, 25 from Chelmsford, 40 from Brentwood and 50 from Southend. We're open seven days a week and the gate is always unlocked when you arrive.
